The Truth About Legal Music Downloads
Music Download Services have grown immensely over the last two years. Some music download services are reliable, and 100% legal while others are not legal at all, even though they claim to be.
We've taken the time and effort to check many of these music download services out for you and have written our informed opinions here, about the top three services.
If you don't see a service listed here, it probably didn't meet our criteria to make our list of the top three music download services.
We have checked these music services and rated them based on the size of the music selection, the ease of use and the speed of the downloads. For the services that provide their own proprietary software, we have also rated their software for you.
We trust that our reviews will help you make an informed buying decision when it comes to choosing an online music download service. |

Despite being an innovator in music downlading, Napster ranked 2nd in our review. Napster's user interface is much harder to
learn and navigate. This complaint has actually been voiced by other reviewers too. We also took points away due to the fact that Napster only offers
a 7-day free trial vs. Rhapsody's 14-day Free Trial. Although Napster is a good value, we like Rhapsody better and recommend it over Napster. Click here to start your Free 7-Day Napster Trial now. |
