Despite being an innovator in music downlading, Napster ranked 2nd in our review. Napster offers a slightly larger
library of music than Rhapsody, but the user interface is much harder to
learn and navigate. This complaint has actually been voiced by other reviewers too. We also took points away due to the fact that Napster only offers
